Leather notecase with a zip fastener around 3 sides. Gold embossed to one side 'PILOTS NAVIGATION KIT, AIR FORCE, UNITED STATES ARMY'.
Various fabric pockets inside intended for maps, papers, the E-6B computer, pencils and other navigational equipment. The leather is in good condition bar a few scuffs and wear/rubbing around the edges - see photographs. Original zip is in good working.The lining has some stains/marking but is in good overall condition.
